Before establishing his practice in 2007, Dr. Richardson was no stranger to his chosen profession. In 1993, he earned a doctorate from Creighton School of Dentistry in Omaha. After that, he completed a pediatric residency at the University of Nebraska Medical center. He is also a proud member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, Nevada Dental Association, and the Southern Nevada Dental Society.

Dr. Richardson is committed to treating each child on a personal level, working closely with parents to get them the attention each patient needs. Always the student of advancements in children's dentistry, he studies closely the areas of child behavior management and sedation dentistry.

We understand that children can be nervous about visiting the dentist's office, so we make every effort to make them feel comfortable with us, especially if it's their first visit. Because we know anxiety is a common problem for younger children, Dr. Richardson offers nitrous oxide. It can help the slightly more anxious child to cooperate during the treatments. Though the use of nitrous oxide is something you'll definitely want to discuss with Dr. Richardson before deciding upon it, it's an extremely safe sedation option.
